MS Dynamics Architects

  • Designed and implemented Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365 solutions for manufacturer. Gathered requirements from various stakeholders by conducting workshops and developed D365 solutions for the business.

BA / Functional Consultants

  • Customization of MS Dynamics CRM system, based on functional requirements of the client and use of out-of-the-box features, required configuration and customization for various functionalities and requirements.

  • Business Analyst role documenting client’s expectations and requirements for the MS Dynamics CRM system; Prepare documents such as Proof of Concept. Design and build custom views, dashboards, templates, entities & workflows to meet business and user requirements. Coordinate testing with team members and users. Provide support for roll-out on client location.
