Provided the road map for implementing IBM EMM/Unica suite. Requirement gathering, requirement analysis and proof of concept submission. Installed various components and set up Unica environment, deployment on web application. Administered the Unica Application.
Designed 30 to 40 campaigns per quarter using Unica Campaign with population sizes ranging between 200k to 15 million records with between one and 70 segments. Performed full audit of all output files to ensure accuracy using Teradata SQL Assistant and UNIX.
Installed IBM UNICA EMM suite such as Campaign, Optimize, UMO, eMessage and Interact. Performed IBM UNICA upgrades and patches on UNIX. Configured IBM UNICA Interact according to client’s requirements. Created Interactive channels, strategies and flow charts in Interact design time.
